release full weights

its a good model, but useless without pure weights due to other possible future formats such as exl3 and exl2. i may be misinformed but qwen 3.5 did release full weights no? why only release fp16
i may be incorrect, it seems that the original model has 4 seperate files which add up to roughly 18gbs in size. apologies
No worries! I'd give it a few months.
