Been using the docker template and changing the Dockerfile's line FROM python:3.9 to anything else doesn't work for me. Not certain why. It always builds with FROM docker.io/library/python:3.9@sha256:a847112640804ed2d03bb774d46bb1619bd37862fb2b7e48eebe425a168c153b

It's always 3.9 no matter what I try.
