# 🧬 DNA Codex Public Taxonomy Explorer

**Public educational explorer for AI threat-pattern taxonomy and resilience vocabulary.**

This Space provides a lightweight public demonstration of selected DNA Codex categories, pattern families, and conceptual velocity-modeling ideas. It is intended for research orientation, education, and public documentation only.

It is **not** an operational threat-intelligence console, production scanner, benchmark harness, or complete strain catalog.

## What is DNA Codex?

DNA Codex is a public taxonomy framework for organizing AI instability patterns, symbolic drift, identity-fracture behavior, cascade dynamics, and recovery-relevant threat families.

The public Codex helps readers understand:

- threat-pattern families
- cascade-stage relationships
- velocity as a conceptual risk lens
- how public taxonomy supports CSFC, Phoenix Protocol, RAY, SLV, and Synoetic OS research

All data shown here is illustrative or public-facing. It does not expose internal strain libraries, private indicators, live threat feeds, response playbooks, or production detection logic.

This Space intentionally does **not** publish:

- Internal VGS Codex strain libraries
- Private indicators or signatures
- Exact detection thresholds
- Private DMD/Koopman forecasting configuration
- Operational response procedures
- Production deployment guidance
- Raw validation logs or benchmark harnesses
- Internal MI Arsenal / Synoetic OS routing logic
