- **Must Have**: Gradio Audio fix (no 'source' parameter)

## What Should Happen
1. HF builds from latest commit (not ab0f9ea)
2. App starts without Gradio Audio TypeError
3. Version endpoint shows v0.3.20

**DELETE THIS FILE** once HF sync is confirmed working.
