Add library_name and pipeline_tag, correct license

This PR adds the library_name and pipeline_tag to the model card, and corrects the license. The library_name is set to transformers as the model is built upon the transformers library. The pipeline_tag is set to text-generation as the model generates text (code and mathematical models). The license is corrected to llama3.
