Improve model card metadata and add links to paper/code

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. I've noticed this great model and wanted to help improve its documentation.

This PR adds:

library_name: transformers to enable the "Use in Transformers" button.
pipeline_tag: feature-extraction to help users find the model in the correct category.
license: cc-by-nc-4.0 as specified in your model description.
Direct links to the associated paper and the GitHub repository for better accessibility.
