KISTI-AI4Scientometrics는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI) 글로벌R&D분석센터에서 운영하는 Hugging Face 채널입니다.

본 센터는 특허, 논문, 정책문서, 연구자 정보, 기술 분류체계 등 글로벌 과학기술 이종데이터를 결합하여 데이터 기반 과학기술 계량분석 체계를 구축하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이러한 데이터 자원을 바탕으로 국가 과학기술 역량을 실시간으로 진단하는 국가 과학기술 스코어보드를 구축·운영하며, 국가전략기술, 인력정책, 유망 융합영역, 국제협력 현황 등 데이터 기반 R&D 정책 대응 분석을 수행하고 있습니다. 📊

이 분석 체계를 구현하는 과정에서 대규모 과학기술 데이터를 처리하기 위한 AI 기반 분석 모델, 데이터셋, 데이터 처리 파이프라인 또한 함께 개발하고 있습니다. 🤖

또한 네덜란드 CWTS 라이덴대학교 및 스페인의 INGENIO (CSIC-UPV)와의 공동연구를 통해 국제적 수준의 계량분석 방법론을 고도화하고 있으며, 데이터 인사이트 보고서를 정기적으로 발간하고 있습니다. 🌍

English Description

KISTI-AI4Scientometrics is a Hugging Face group operated by the Global R&D Analysis Center at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI).

The center aims to build data-driven scientometric analysis frameworks by integrating heterogeneous global science and technology data, including patents, scholarly publications, policy documents, researcher information, and technology classification systems. Based on these resources, it develops and operates a National Science and Technology Scoreboard for real-time assessment of national research capacity and conducts evidence-based R&D policy analysis. 📊

In the process of implementing these analytical systems, the group also develops AI-based analytical models, datasets, and data processing pipelines for large-scale science and technology data. 🤖

Through collaborative research with the Centre for Science and Technology Studies, Leiden University and INGENIO (CSIC-UPV), the center advances internationally recognized methodologies in scientometrics and regularly publishes data insight reports. 🌍

We value openness and reproducibility of research outputs and share analysis models, datasets, code, and reports via platforms such as Hugging Face, GitHub, and Zenodo. 🔓
