Application for Reaccess to the UNI Model

I hope this letter finds you well. I am a graduate student currently studying at Yunnan University, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, with a research focus on feature extraction of pathological images and algorithm research related to medical image analysis. I am writing to formally apply for access to the UNI model (mahmoodlab/UNI) released by your team on the Hugging Face platform, which will be exclusively used for my academic research, strictly adhering to the non-commercial use principle.
At present, I am conducting research on feature extraction of pathological HE-stained images based on pre-trained Vision Transformer models. While reviewing relevant literatures, I learned that the UNI model (vit_large_patch16_224 architecture) developed by your team has excellent performance in the field of pathological image analysis. Its powerful feature extraction capability can effectively support my research, helping me complete core research tasks such as experimental data processing and algorithm verification.
Here, I solemnly promise that the access to the UNI model applied for this time will be exclusively used for personal academic research, course papers and dissertation writing. It will not involve any commercial purposes, and I will not use the model weights or related codes for commercial project development, profit-making activities, nor will I disclose or disseminate the model files and derived results to any third party. Meanwhile, I will strictly abide by the usage specifications of the model set by your team, respect the intellectual property rights of the model, clearly indicate the source of the model in my research results (papers, reports, etc.), cite the relevant research literatures of your team, and uphold academic integrity to eliminate any irregular use.
As a graduate student, my research resources are limited, and the access to the UNI model is crucial for the progress of my research project.
