Improve model card for Fail2Drive and TransFuser++

This PR improves the model card for the TransFuser++ (TFv5) checkpoints by:

Linking the model to the paper Fail2Drive: Benchmarking Closed-Loop Driving Generalization.
Adding the pipeline_tag: robotics to the metadata.
Providing links to the official project page and GitHub repository.
Adding a sample usage section with instructions on how to evaluate the model within the Fail2Drive benchmark environment.
Including a BibTeX citation for the research.
