Add paper link, authors and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
I'm opening this PR to improve the model card for ReLi3D. This includes:
- Adding a link to the research paper ReLi3D: Relightable Multi-view 3D Reconstruction with Disentangled Illumination.
- Listing the paper authors.
- Including a "Quickstart" section with sample usage based on the official GitHub repository.
- Adding the BibTeX citation.
